If I change from domestic adoption to international adoption, do I have to start the home study process all over again?

No, but because the reports for domestic adoption and international adoption are different, you will need to have your report revised to meet United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and country requirements. We may also need to have an interview with you before we can revise the report.
